1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by MGM Events. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

MGM Events provides wedding décor services including house lighting, bedroom décor, marquees, stages & backdrops, and full house decoration services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed after agreement with our team. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment must be completed before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Deposits may not be refundable depending on preparation work already completed. MGM Events reserves the right to reschedule or cancel in unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver all services on the agreed date and time. Delays due to weather, traffic, or external factors are not our responsibility. Clients must ensure access to the venue for installation.

6. Liability

MGM Events is not responsible for pre-existing damage at venues, third-party interference, or delays caused by external conditions beyond our control.

7. Changes to Service

Minor design or material adjustments may be made if necessary while maintaining the agreed theme and quality.
